What we collect

This website has no forms and no accounts. We only receive personal information if you contact us by email, WhatsApp or Facebook, for example your name, contact details and anything you choose to tell us about your situation.

Our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser and pages requested) for security and to keep the site running.

Why we use it and our lawful basis

To reply to your enquiry and give you a quote (legitimate interests, or steps before entering a contract).

If you become a client, to provide our services and meet our legal and regulatory duties, including anti-money laundering checks (contract and legal obligation). Clients receive a separate, more detailed privacy notice with their engagement letter.

Who we share it with

Trusted providers that help us run the practice, such as our email, messaging and accounting software providers, and our website host. We share client information with HMRC, Companies House and other authorities only where needed for the work or required by law. We never sell your data.

International transfers

Some providers (for example WhatsApp/Meta or Microsoft) may process data outside the UK. Where they do, appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or adequacy regulations apply.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don't lead to work are deleted within 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law and our professional rules require, usually at least 6 years after the end of the tax year or our engagement.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to how we use it, and ask for a copy to move elsewhere. Contact us to make a request. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, so there is no cookie banner. Our fonts are hosted on our own site. Some photographs are loaded from Unsplash and Wikimedia Commons, which receive your IP address to deliver them. We use one small cookie (nf_lang) to remember whether you prefer the English or Ukrainian site. It is strictly necessary for that choice and contains nothing else.

Let's talk

Every client is different, so there is no standard fee. Tell us a little about your situation and we'll come back with a personalised quote, usually within one working day.
